Do you adhere to the strict FAC85 guidelines?
Yes, through our partner, Simplex Janitorial in Sharon, MA. We only utilize environmentally preferable cleaning products, programs, equipment, and supplies.
What is involved to sterilize a potentially positive COVID location?
We strictly follow all of the CDC’s guidelines for any potential COVID contamination.
Do your workers wear shoe covers and protective gear?
Yes, all of our field workers are equipped with quality PPE and shoe coverings. All equipment is sanitized after every job.
How far in advance do need to schedule my appointment?
If you are looking for a corporate or project type of cleaning service we will first need to inspect the location to be cleaned. After a walk-through is conducted we will provide a written proposal within 48 hours and can start work within one week.
If you are looking for your home to be cleaned, we will first need to inspect the property to be cleaned and understand your full scope of work and expectations. We will then provide you with a proposal and work can start the next day!
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we will accept only company or personal check but we will have the ability to take all major credit cards in the near future.
What type of guarantee do you offer?
We are fully insured and guarantee your satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with our work, please let us know and we’ll do what’s necessary to make it right!
